Senior Crews Pave The Way

We have found in many senior communities the woman have already established themselves with some sort of club. A prime example is the well known Red Hat Society founded by Sue Ellen Cooper.

Even though this is fantastic for the ladies the guys tend to have a harder time starting their own club, but not anymore. The Hard Hat Brotherhood is the perfect solution for this particular need. When started each Crew elects a Foreman or leader, usually the activities director or one of the senior members themselves.

What comes next is the basics, how often a week will they meet, what activities and functions that will be done at each event, what color hard hat do they want to wear, etc. It's all up to the Crew and all the members, they can be as active as they would like.

For example our featured Crew on this web page is known as the Michigan Big Rigs. They hold regular meetings once a week, have at least one scheduled event a month and sometimes host card tournaments and holiday get togethers during the year. They take great pride being a 'Hard Hatter' and it shows.
