Smith, owners of The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC or its employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for any damages of any kind or character, including without limitation, any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties, or other losses of any kind or character, even if The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses arising out of or in connection with any Hard Hat Brotherhood event, the use of this Website or any Website to which it is linked.

The Hard Hat Brotherhood name is a registered trademark of The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC.
Our official logo, Tag Name - "Testosterone - Our Guys Are Full Of It" and terms "Hatter Couples", "HHBrotherhood" and "HHBrotherhood THWACKER" are also copyrighted by and trademarks of The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC protected under law. The Hard Hat Brotherhood logo pictured above is the creation of Andrew T. Smith, and the exclusive intellectual property of The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC. Official membership in The Hard Hat Brotherhood does not give a person the right to use the name, logo or web site in any way he wishes. However, Official membership in The Hard Hat Brotherhood does give an individual special privileges with respect to the use of The Hard Hat Brotherhood Officail Crew logo and trademark, as deliniated in the paragraphs to follow. Any person or group that uses The Hard Hat Brotherhood name, logo and/or web site for profit without prior written authorization by The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC will be subject to prosecution under law.

It is to be understood that the Hard Hat Brotherhood Official Crew Logo MUST be placed in full view on the main web page of any crew or member web site.

The Hard Hat Brotherhood Official Crew Logo, as found when clicking here may be used by members of Official Hard Hat Brotherhood Crews on Official Hard Hat Brotherhood web sites, name tags, crew rosters, crew newsletters, crew event fliers, and the like without special permission, provided that it is not used to market goods or services of any kind, used to defame The Hard Hat Brotherhood in any way, or used in connection with objectionable material, as determined by The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC.




The following conditions apply to all Hard Hat Brotherhood sites and domains.
  1. This site may not be used by members or non-members to sell or promote any commercial product, service, or merchant or web site offering commercial goods and/or services without express permission from The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC.
  2. This site may not be used to disseminate any information in the name of The Hard Hat Brotherhood in part or as a whole which has not been supplied by The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC. or been given previous approval by The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC.

  3. Distribute any type of printed materials in the name of The Hard Hat Brotherhood in part or as a whole which have not been supplied by The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC. or been given previous approval by Andrew T. Smith.
  4. Use the name of The Hard Hat Brotherhood, The Hard Hat Brotherhood logo, or any other piece of intellectual property belonging to The Hard Hat Brotherhood in conjunction with any unethical, immoral or otherwise inappropriate agencies or affiliations.
  5. Use information from this web site (www.hardhatbrotherhood.com) or from "The Hard Hat Brotherhood Forum" to form e-mail "spam" lists or solicitation lists of any kind.
  6. Use their Hard Hat Brotherhood affiliation as a means to advertise the sale of commercial merchandise or services to other Hard Hat Brotherhood members.
  7. Use any of the content of this web site on any other web site or printed material for any purpose without express permission from The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC.
  8. Use "The Hard Hat Brotherhood Forum", "The Hard Hat Brotherhood Chat Room" and/or any other vehicle of communication provided on this web site to harass, misinform, mislead or confuse others.

Crew fees and/or membership fees will be forfeited by the offending member(s) in the case of discontinued membership service.

Members of Official The Hard Hat Brotherhod may not:

  1. Present their crew as part of an independent organization. If the crew has a crew web page, The Hard Hat Brotherhood name and a link to www.hardhatbrotherhood.com must be prominently displayed on the first page, without any "scrolling" necessary.
  2. Use their Hard Hat Brotherhood affiliation to solicit membership in an organization which appears to be in direct competition with, or be an infringement upon the intellectual property of, The Hard Hat Brotherhood.

The Hard Hat Brotherhood reserves all rights to terminate Official Crew status based on a failure to comply with any or all of the above terms and conditions and/or for improprieties which give the appearance of a failure to comply with any or all of the above terms and conditions. Crew fees and/or membership fees will be forfeited by the offending member(s) in the case of discontinued membership service.

Foreman Responsibilities

Ultimately at all Hard Hat Brotherhood events the Foreman is responsible for the actions and supervision of his Crew and any guests of members.
As a general practice the Foreman should require the use of the Hard Hat Brotherhood Membership Card for entry into an event.
Safety is always to be the number one priority at any Hard Hat Brotherhood event. The Foreman is to always consider the safety of all members and non-members who may or may not be directly involved with an event.

Member Content Submissions

All content, photographs or items sent to The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC by Hard Hat Brotherhood members becomes the property of The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC unless specifically stated and can be used as needed by The Hard Hat Brotherhood LLC.

This agreement is subject to amendment without prior notice.
